Watch YouTube on TV? Google may have ‘bad news’ for users in the US

Google is testing a new ad format on YouTube that will feature a 30 second non-skippable ad instead of the current two 15 second ads. This change is only on smart TVs at the moment, but it is likely to be brought to other devices in the future. The main purpose of this change is to boost company's revenue.
