Google is reportedly testing a new design change to make things easier for users on Play Store

Google is testing a new permanent search bar feature on the homepage of the Play Store for select users. Currently, the search bar gets hidden when users scroll down, but with this new feature, it will remain at the top along with the main settings menu and notification area. This change aims to improve the user experience by making it easier and faster for users to search for apps, access notifications, and more. The feature is currently only available for rooted Android smartphones.
